Support for brands and Shopify merchants
UGC Bakery support
Start freeWhat this means in practice
Use this page for self-service guidance about the free standalone UGC Bakery Shopify product-shortlist app or the separate brand dashboard and managed creator-collaboration service. Email non-sensitive app and service support questions to info@ugcbakery.com. Never send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, customer addresses, or other secrets through a public form or email.
Before requesting help
For a standalone app issue, record the store domain, approximate time, screen or action, visible error, and what you expected to happen. A non-sensitive product title or Shopify Product ID can help identify a shortlist issue. For the separate managed service, record the applicable collaboration identifier shown in its interface. Send those non-sensitive details to info@ugcbakery.com.
Do not send a Shopify access token, API secret, database password, one-time login code, complete shipping address, payment information, or an unredacted screenshot containing customer data. UGC Bakery will not need your Shopify password. When a screenshot is useful, crop it to the relevant status and remove personal or confidential values first.
Standalone Shopify product shortlist
Open UGC Bakery from the Apps area of the same Shopify store where it was installed. The embedded app shows its UGC product shortlist and does not require a separate dashboard account. If the app cannot establish a supported Shopify session, reopen it from Shopify Admin instead of entering a shop domain on a public form or sharing credentials.
The app requests read_products and lets an authorized merchant choose and save up to 25 active or draft products. Use Choose products to browse or search the catalog, confirm a selection to save it, reopen the picker to edit it, or use Remove for one product. Canceling the picker leaves the saved shortlist unchanged. An archived product cannot be newly added; if a saved product later becomes archived, it can still be removed.
Separate managed gifting, fulfilment, and tracking
The app creates a gift handoff only after an eligible approved collaboration and can create a merchant-configured creator code. It does not create products, change the storefront, or make fulfilment decisions. Managed outreach, gifting, fulfilment, and tracking remain governed by the applicable accepted terms.
For a managed-service gifting question, identify the collaboration and visible service status. Include a non-sensitive Shopify order reference only when an order actually exists. Do not repeat a gift request to test it. The brand remains responsible for product selection, inventory, fulfilment, carrier choices, and reviewing its Shopify orders.
Separate managed-service dashboard and collaboration records
The brand dashboard uses an email one-time-password flow. Start from the dashboard login page and use the work email associated with the applicable brand access. One-time links can expire and should not be forwarded. Public query parameters do not provide production dashboard access, and UGC Bakery will not ask you to disclose a one-time code.
When reporting a dashboard issue, identify the affected page and collaboration, but leave out creator contact details and confidential pitch terms unless they are essential to the specific request. A missing record, an approval awaiting review, a shipment state, a submitted asset, quality-control status, and usage-rights duration are different operational questions and should be described separately.
Privacy, security, and contact status
The app requests the minimum order access needed to recognize a locally created gift or creator-code redemption. Its privacy webhooks authenticate and validate required identifiers in memory, then discard unnecessary payload fields. Uninstall or a shop-redact request removes matching local sessions, store connections, codes, and gift workflow records. A merchant receiving a Shopify privacy request should continue to use Shopify's applicable process.
Optional measurement is off by default. Privacy choices lets a visitor accept or decline the limited landing path, referrer origin, campaign-tag, and ad-click-ID categories; it can be changed at any time. The website does not send an advertising-provider request unless a future identifier is configured and the visitor has made an affirmative current choice. Email non-sensitive support questions to info@ugcbakery.com and share no secrets or personal-data payloads through the form or email.
