Terms of service
Start freeWhat this means in practice
An inquiry is not an agreement with UGC Bakery. The website explains the service model and published pricing, while the individual accepted or service terms for an engagement govern the work actually agreed. Those terms control deliverables, payment, responsibilities, usage rights, timing context, and remedies.
Accurate and authorized use
Visitors should provide accurate information and use the website only for a brand, store, or request they are authorized to represent. A store URL, work email, product detail, creator-collaboration reference, or other submitted information should be current and relevant to the request.
Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, payment details, customer addresses, or material that you are not permitted to share. Do not use the website or service to misrepresent a brand, creator, product, collaboration, order, shipment, content submission, or usage-rights status.
Inquiries and accepted terms
The website describes a follow-up form for brand name, store URL, niche, and work email, but that form is currently unavailable while approved durable storage and an operational owner are not configured. When the form is restored, submitting an inquiry will not reserve creator capacity, approve a store, create a collaboration, or establish an engagement.
If UGC Bakery and a brand proceed, the applicable accepted terms define the work. Accepted terms govern deliverables, payment, rights, and remedies, along with responsibilities and timing context. Public website descriptions do not add a deliverable or right that is absent from the applicable record.
Standalone Shopify shortlist and separate managed service
The Shopify app lets an authorized merchant configure giftable products and merchant terms for the managed creator workflow. It uses the approved permissions only to validate products, create eligible gift handoffs and codes, and process related order events. Uninstalling removes app-held store connection and workflow data.
Managed creator outreach, collaboration records, product gifting, fulfilment, and tracking are service activities governed by the applicable accepted terms. The connected app handles only the eligible store handoff; the brand controls product selection, inventory, fulfilment, and store operations.
No guaranteed outcomes
Creator matching, selection, replies, product acceptance, shipment, submission, posting, timing, content performance, and business results are not guaranteed. They depend on brand decisions, creators, products, carriers, platforms, and audiences. Plan capacity does not turn any of those variables into a promised outcome.
A non-delivery or flake sweep can identify stalled collaboration records, but it does not create an automatic replacement or universal remedy. Any replacement, credit, revised deliverable, or other response must come from the accepted terms for the engagement.
Published CAD pricing and capacity
The standalone Shopify product-shortlist app is free. The following prices apply only to the separate managed creator-collaboration service. Published CAD pricing gives every new brand its first five collaborations free. Annual billing uses a $3 per creator collaboration monthly-equivalent rate and month-to-month billing uses $3.60 per creator collaboration. Starter capacity is 10 at $30 or $36, Growth capacity is 25 at $75 or $90, Scale capacity is 40 at $120 or $144, and Enterprise capacity and pricing are negotiated.
Plan capacities describe managed creator-collaboration workflow and are not guaranteed delivered counts. Actual progress depends on creator participation, brand approval, product availability, fulfilment, shipment, submission, review, and the accepted terms.
Specific usage rights
Usage rights are specific and time-bounded. The default duration is 60 days unless accepted terms override it. Rights are not automatically perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, or broader than the applicable accepted record. Product shipment, creator submission, or posting does not by itself create a different rights scope.
A brand should use submitted work only within the scope recorded for the relevant asset and collaboration. Send non-sensitive questions about a proposed engagement, existing record, or these terms to info@ugcbakery.com; the current website form cannot save the request.
