UGC Bakery is a Canada-focused UGC agency built to serve Toronto and Canadian brands that want structured creator gifting without running every outreach thread themselves. We manage the agreed creator outreach and conversation workflow; the brand reviews accepted pitches, approves or passes, controls its product fulfilment, and receives records for submissions, quality control, partnership confirmation, and specific usage rights.
01
What Toronto brands can hand off
The service is designed for growing ecommerce teams that need a repeatable way to move from creator outreach to an accountable collaboration record. Within an active engagement, UGC Bakery manages tailored pitches, records creator responses and terms, presents accepted opportunities for a brand decision, and follows the agreed collaboration through shipment tracking, submission, partnership confirmation, and quality control.
The brand still makes the consequential calls. It approves or passes on each accepted pitch, decides which product is suitable, controls fulfilment, and confirms whether submitted work meets the accepted brief. Creator selection, product acceptance, posting, reply, timing, and performance depend on people and circumstances outside a managed workflow, so plan capacity should not be read as a promised completed-post count.

02
From accepted pitch to usable content record
The brand reviews each creator and their recorded terms. For eligible gift-code collaborations, approval queues a code for the selected product in the connected Shopify store. The creator chooses to order and enters their address at checkout. An approval or an emailed code is not proof of a placed or shipped order.
Usage rights are recorded specifically rather than assumed. A rights record identifies the relevant asset and a time-bounded duration; partnership-ad access needs a separate agreement for specific content and dates. Rights are not automatically perpetual, transferable, or broader than the applicable record. A gifted posting collaboration is also different from standalone UGC production: gifting centres on product and an agreed creator collaboration, while cash pitches and paid creator work may use different terms.
03
How non-delivery and timing are handled
A non-delivery or flake sweep helps identify collaborations that have stalled, but it does not create an automatic replacement or remedy. Any response to non-delivery depends on the terms accepted for that engagement. The operational value is a clearer record of what was accepted, approved, shipped, submitted, and confirmed, so the brand can make a decision with context instead of reconstructing scattered messages.
Timing starts with dependencies, not a blanket deadline. Creator replies, brand approval, product readiness, carrier movement, creator availability, review, and revisions can all affect progress. UGC Bakery follows the agreed process and records milestones, but does not promise that a creator will reply, accept product, post, meet a particular date, or produce a business result.
04
Pricing context for a managed collaboration pipeline
Published pricing is in CAD, and the first five collaborations are free for every new brand. Paid plans describe monthly creator capacity, not delivered outcomes. Annual billing has a $3 monthly-equivalent rate per creator, while month-to-month billing is $3.60 per creator. The pricing page binds those rates to the Starter, Growth, and Scale capacities and explains Enterprise as negotiated.
Toronto is the buyer-service focus of this page, not a claim of physical local presence. The same operating model can support eligible brands across Canada. Useful before you approve
Questions, answered plainly
Does UGC Bakery only work with brands in Toronto?
No. This page is for Toronto brands seeking a UGC agency, while the service model is Canada-focused and can support eligible brands elsewhere in Canada. Fit still depends on the proposed engagement, product, creator workflow, and accepted terms.
Does brand approval automatically send a Shopify gift?
Approval can queue an eligible gift code for the selected product in a connected store. The creator chooses to use it at checkout and enters their delivery address there. The brand controls fulfilment; approval alone does not place or ship an order.
What happens if a creator does not deliver?
The workflow includes a non-delivery or flake sweep so stalled records can be reviewed. It does not promise an automatic replacement; any remedy depends on the terms accepted for the engagement.
Are usage rights included forever?
No. Rights depend on the specific content, dates, and uses agreed with the creator. Partnership-ad access is optional and agreed separately; it may carry an extra fee.
